I'm digging the model plane. It would probably fit somewhere in his room, like on a shelf by his bed, somthing like that :D
I like the idea of the time passing element too. The little 6 ball thing would work, but i like the futuristic looking one on the left. Considering the boy is an inventor, that one might work great on a table somwhere in his workspace
