Robot Model

So I havent had time to go back to the environment this week. I figured that the character has a few more steps than the room-so I tried to complete him first.

I think we should leave him as a one armed bot. It gives a little more character, and it might show that he is still unfinished. The other arm idea we gave him, with the hammer and screw driver seemed like a bit more to do. Let me know what you think.

Room WIP 1

All I had time for today....send me those props so I can throw them in there. I wont be able to work on this again til monday, but this didn't take me that long at all.

Some of the main stuff we need is a Bed, a stool for his workbench, and a chair for the robot

Let me know if I need to move, add, or delete anything

Amanda Robot Design

Here is what I did, keeping him simple and yet still making him look interesting at the same time. I think he might fit with the design of the human boy Francis has

Another room

So Francis and I were thinking of taking most of her modeled room, and just resizing everything and moving everything around, and taking like the pipes and other random "junk" from my modeled room and throw it in there as well.

Some of it has already been textured for another class and everything, so again, another time saver, and a lot of those little pieces would work for our scene!!!

Amanda Design Update

Hope your weekend was good!!! Hope your designs are coming along, Here are a few of mine!! I will continue to update this post throughout the week so our blog doesn't get too overcrowed.

I was also thinking that we could use the quick boards that Francis drew in class for our beat boards for our presentation on Wed morning. Cause we really don't have a final design for our robot yet :) As soon as we get the design settled we can actually start everything else (modeling, storyboarding, ect...)
